Our Services
We provide full architectural services from early stage advice to detail design through to site management. Our business is predominantly residential, with a small amount of commercial and retail projects, working with private clients and developers.
We are a design company, and ultimately our output is drawings that builders can work with and understand. The tools we use are Autocad (2D), Revit (3D) and Sketch up to produce drawings and visualisations.
Often acting as the design team lead, we can coordinate other members of the design team such as the structural engineer and various specialists as needed.

Consultation Stage.
If you are in the early stages of thinking through your project and would like to discuss initial ideas, please contact us for a free consultation. If you are interested in taking things further we can then provide you with a quotation. If you need other professional services for the project (such as a structural engineer) we can also provide recommendations.
Concept Design.
We start with an accurate site measure and production of ‘as built’ CAD drawings for the client. Once this is in place we can play with ideas based on the budget available, this usually takes two to three workshops with the client to discuss, test, and then refine different ideas and concepts before settling on a sketch plan. We then make the planning application and deal with the local authority on your behalf. At this stage it is also recommended that the client seeks quotations for the works from various contractors in order to firm up the budget.
Building Control and Construction.
Following receipt of planning approval, the sketch plans will be developed into full detail design drawings, which will then be submitted to building control on your behalf. These drawings will also be used at the contract stage, both for pricing and for building from.
Depending on the size and scale of the project, you can decide on whether additional services and support is required once a contractor is appointed.
